Hoop Alliance National Top 125 for 2006

ranking of the top 125 men's basketball recruiting prospects for 2006 nationwide. At this point, 30 of the players
are committed, 13 of them to ACC programs, including two to Virginia Tech.

It's easy to see that Seth Greenberg has gotten off to a good start at Virginia
Tech. Two consecutive winning records, a trip to the NIT and an ACC Coach of the
Year Award are all the proof needed. He has brought good basketball back to
Blacksburg and managed to revive a once dormant fan base that is rapidly turning
Cassell Coliseum into a very tough place to play. While Greenberg has done very
well in his first two years, his ultimate fate will be based upon how he does in
the long term and if he is able to bring ACC caliber players to Blacksburg.

Classic Report

The 2005 Commonwealth Classic all-star basketball game was played this past
Friday night, and it featured many ACC recruits, including Virginia Tech's
Terrance Vinson. We have a report on the game, followed by an interview with
Terrance, who answers questions about what his strengths are as a player, how
he's going to fit into the team, and what he thought about VT's basketball
success this past season.
