Tech Talk Live Notes for 11/09/09 November 10, 2009 Presented by Bull & Bones Brewhaus & Grill: There were a lot of good guests on Monday night's Tech Talk Live. Besides the usual segments from Jim Weaver and Frank Beamer, Bill Roth was also joined by former Tech receiver Antonio Freeman and current players Michael Via and Davon Morgan. Offensive coordinator Bryan Stinespring rounded out the football part of the show. Seth Greenberg also joined the show for a segment to discuss his team, which begins play this Sunday. more

Head trainer Mike Goforth shared some stories from the training room, while Bryan Stinespring talked about the offense. Placekicker Matt Waldron and tailback Josh Oglesby were the player guests, and former defensive tackle Chad Beasley joined Bill Roth on the set for one segment. Frank Beamer ended the show by talking about the upcoming game with Boston College. more

The guests for the premier edition of Tech Talk Live were offensive coordinator Bryan Stinespring, athletic director Jim Weaver, football players Greg Boone and Kam Chancellor, Hokie great and NFL Hall of Famer Bruce Smith, and head football coach Frank Beamer. And yes, we're still keeping track of how many days Virginia Tech has been in possession of the Commonwealth Cup. (Guess what? It's a lot.) more
