Your facts only establish that you want to fire Beth without serious
consideration of positives. By that logic, George Washington should
have been fired during the Revolution, or better yet, never been
appointed due to his lack of success in the Indian Wars.

Of course, in today's climate he would be --- and many coaches'
fireings are ill advised, but occur because of the pressure from "talking
heads" and alumni who demand "winning now and always" or be gone.
Can Roy Williams be for behind? --- maybe he will take Beth's job?
