Subject: What you are missing is the point that the manager (the head coach) can

make or break the "fit" of the new assistant coach. The article I
cited seemed to assume that, in most cases, the fit would work out. I
gave you some stats that showed that 2 out of 5 assistants did not
work out in the end at VT. That appears to raise a flag- that is all
it does.
