The other thing that I can say is that a head coach wants asst.
coaches that they can work with, that they can develop a good
relationship with, who share similar philosophies, etc. I have absolutely
NO problems with severing ties to asst. coaches if they fail to meet
those criteria. The head coach IS the head coach. The asst. coach is
NOT the head coach.
