close to a VERY fertile recruiting area but we are behind the eightball
there. SOMD, NOVA, DC, and 757 should be recruited heavily. I agree
that that is are we are not doing very well at and needs to change.
Harrison from DC could be a start. Barbour was but we know that is a
loss. Shame the Porcha hiring did not work because he seemed to be
getting the doors opened. Somewhere we have to dent that door in
those areas and make those girls feel the need for VT.
