Subject: Not sharing wrestle-off info with the rest of the class and asking us....

for an opinion isn't good form.

Not sure it's healthy to wrestle Yates at 149 and am surprised he lost
to Stephens, who's wrestle tough HS and, judging from flo videos, good
technique. I wonder if they will redshirt Yates.

Rosen has steadily progressed throughout his tenure at VT. He wasn't a
bluechip recruit at 125 but has emerged into a strong reserve at 149.
We're recruiting at a higher level, now.

Murray's loss surprises me, frankly.....but I've always thought he
wrestled below his potential. Hurd, I know nothing about, except that
Liberty doesn't have a bad team.

Having only 9 scholarships makes it tough even on bluechip
recruits....you either post results or get passed by. These things
happen even with top programs such as Iowa. But 4-5 years will tell
us more and establish trends...but your criticism aside, the results
the past 3 years show that the program is on the upswing (which is
impossible to dispute).

Current Thread:

What is happening to the wrestlers already in the wrestling program?  --  new2Hokies   Sat Oct 31 2009 12:18:44 PM
Maybe you should post the wrestle-off results, if you have them....  --  HokieLifer2   Sat Oct 31 2009 12:42:26 PM
Yates(1 year) and Rosen(3 years) losing to Stephens is trolling?  --  new2Hokies   Sat Oct 31 2009 1:25:40 PM
