Subject: What is happening to the wrestlers already in the wrestling program?

You can recuit all you want but they have to get better after 1 or 2 years
in the program. How come top notch wrestlers who have been in the
program are losing to incoming freshman? Is it too much partying? Too
much weight cutting? Or just a lack of technique? What is going on?
