These are from the post game quotes.

TENNESSEE CO-HEAD COACH RALPH WEEKLY:
“She’s the number one strikeout artist in the nation right now. With
everything she’s earned, she definitely has our respect. We
haven’t really talked too much about her because we wanted to make
sure we got by Winthrop, but the key to hitting against her is
staying in the strike zone. If you swing at everything she throws, and
she has a ton of movement on all her pitches, you are going to have a
problem."

TENNESSEE CATCHER SHANNON DOEPKING:
“We know she is a great pitcher going in, so we’re not expecting to go
out there and kill the ball. We do expect to stay in the strike
zone and get hits off her though. If we stay with our game plan, I think
we should be successful.”

On how playing in the SEC has prepared the team to face Angela
Tincher:

“I think we face the best pitching. We’ve faced [Florida’s] Stacey
Nelson four times in the last few weeks, so any time you have
preparation like that where you have faced great pitchers, it can only
make you better prepared to go against a pitcher as good as [Angela]
Tincher.”
