I'm sure there are a thousand issues to consider and much thought
would have to go into developing a fair practices model, but I suspect
we would see an immediate impact if, say, the coaches' contracts were
immediately voided and they would not be allowed to coach NCAA
sanctioned sports again for some reasonable amount of time therafter.

Just thinking out loud ...
