we haven't had any pro's - not even really close. Yet we play with all
the teams in our league that are stacked with NBA ballers...The #1
indicator of your talent is your effectiveness in your 1/2 court offense.
You can be coached up on D and on the glass, and in transition. But
talent prevails in your 1/2 court set. Not so challenging when you've got
Hansbrough to dump the ball into, or Vazquez to take it to the rim as a
6'5" PG - ditto for Lawson...

I'm certainly acknowledging this as his weakness as a coach, but I also
think its as much a reflection on our talent...When guys like WItcher,
Bell, even JTT are on the court, teams can focus on guys like MD &
JA...easier to defend, etc.
