Take the emotion out of the ND question

Are you saying in order to get ND to join the ACC for all sports but football, we should allow them to cherry pick what schools they want to play in the ACC? And where to play them?

I must ask, do you have ties to ND? Are you a "subway" alumni? Or a real alumni?

I was saying the biggest impediment to Notre Dame joining the ACC in football is the presence of so many stinkers in our football lineup. It's fine to schedule BC and Duke when you want to, but what happens when you've got BC, Pitt, Syracuse, Wake, Duke, Maryland, and UVa as mandatory games?

If I were a Notre Dame alumnus, I would be furious if the Irish joined the ACC in football. I'd push for the Big Ten because it's the biggest, richest, most influential conference in the country.
