Just because 2 parties are negotiating for 10 years, it does not infer one of the parties have more leverage than the other.
In fact, it would suggest that both parties have equal leverage, otherwise the weak party would be forced into a deal in a very short period of time.
Surely as a lawyer, you understand this simple concept.
You keep bringing up strawman arguments about ND going to the B12 or BE or the B10. Why?
These options have been discussed over and over and you know full well that its just not going to happen.
You want to discuss a strawman argument?
What would happen if either VT, or FSU wins the MNC this year?
My take is thay it would not affect the ongoing ACC, ND negotiations one bit.
