Regarding the offering of a scholarship to a rising high school sophomore can a more knowledgeable poster please acquaint me with the follwoing: 1) what if any NCAA rules there are involving age 2) the strength of the commitment that is made by offerrer and offeree 3) the pros and cons of of doing so for a) the offerer and b) the offerree.
