ManBearPig's post virtually never show up after the person he is replying to. Instead they seem to always appear as though he was the most recent reply to the initiating post in the thread.

Tapatalk does that - even if you reply with quote it will put it in the wrong spot. Other mobile programs may cause the same issue (since you can't access UWS on Tapatalk)
