The connecting flight from dulles now leaves for Burlington a good FOUR HOURS BEFORE her flight from Richmond to Dulles takes off. And United didn't change the ticket to make sense, she had to call, point it out to some customer service rep and they had to go digging for a connecting flight that she could make.

So now she's flying Richmond to Newark with a 3 hour layover.

My favorite was when I flew from GSO to Vegas. The flight over was fine. Coming back, I was checking in, and the girl told me I was all set. Back to RDU. What the? Oh, we don't fly to GSO, now. Bastages.
