How about this idea: the ACC adds ND only and rotates them every year

I think there's even more lose to this idea. This kind of cockamamy, crackpot idea is something the MAC would come up with. All or nothing is the only way the ACC should roll and no 15 team league either. That's also ridiculous.

Agreed that this is a crackpot idea. We would actually be better off by having 14 full members, 9 conference games, and Notre Dame playing 6 non-conference ACC games every year. The year we play ND we would have 9 ACC games, ND, a lay-up and an Ohio State type team or a mid-major. That's perfect for scheduling. Partial ND membership while playing in-conferene ACC games is crackpot.
