No. They would be IN the conference. But in the 7-team division in a 15-team league. No cross-over games. I explain it under I85Hokie's post on this board.

I think the ACC should embrace ND's national schedule while still bringing them on board to qualify for the ACCCG.

So you are saying that ND would not be official football members, but would be members for everything except football, just as they are now in the BE?

They would be playing 6 non conference games against ACC schools, and 6 non conference games against other schools.
