It is not. Actually FLORIDA does not leave state of Florida for OOC. ND knows days are numbered for indy status. They will eventually be full time members. ACC IMHO. They also do not care how ACC or the league they enter will be perceived. All they want is avenue to be GOOD again. They get in ACC, win it. They will be on every TV in country as glory boys. Whether they play WAKE DUKE or UVA.
