good for us. i'd be ok with a contractual transition period to membership, even a long one, possibly not coming to fruition until the conclusion of the 12 year post season contracts in 2025, but i'm not ok with ND keeping their football independence with no commitment to eventually join.

i doubt ND goes to the Big12, but if they do, i can't imagine TU seeing ND's special treatment and eventually asking for the same. it would eventually rip that conference apart at the seam IMO...oh well.
