Is the Pitt brand now more valuable to the ACC given the PSU sanctions?

did they build it, or gut/renovate the old one? i don't think Pitt has the real estate.

Stanford did some sort of rebuild on the site of the old stadium.
Nothing left of the old stadium, except the outline.
It went from being a huge unusable bowl, to a smaller, squarer stadium, sort of like the Carrier Dome without the roof.
