Well there will be a team # 16 I assume. I think the ACC has way more power then most think. I think alot may have fell for the crap of BIG 12 Bloggers and of course the DUD of WV. Remember if ND comes then who is indeed #16. Most think Rutgers or Uconn. Could it be a surprise.? Is the ACC about to make the BIG 12 and their lies very unstable?
