This is from today's Roanoke Times. Surprised we didn't offer her, but what do I know:

Salem High School girls basketball player Tay Taylor, a first-team All-Timesland selection as a junior, may announce her college choice as early as next month.
Taylor, a 5-foot-9 point guard who thinks she has the flexibility to play either guard spot, is closing in on double-digit Division I offers.
One of the programs pursuing her is Wake Forest and its new head coach, Jen Hoover. Hoover is a former All-Timesland player herself, having starred at William Byrd in Roanoke County.
Taylor said her other offers are from Seton Hall, St. John's, James Madison, East Carolina, Towson, George Washington and Pittsburgh, with Georgia expressing substantial interest.
Taylor has visited most of those schools unofficially. She doesn't expect that list to expand at this point.
She said that Seton Hall, St. John's and Wake Forest are likely to remain in contention till the end.
"I'm definitely pleased," she said. "I'm very satisfied with where I am right now with the Big East and ACC schools."
Taylor, the daughter of Bridgette Joyce and former National Football League linebacker Shannon Taylor, has been playing with an all-star team representing the Boo Williams Summer League in Hampton.
Her teammates on that squad include Adrienne Motley, a 5-9 point guard from Woodside High School in Newport News who is rated the No. 40 prospect in the country by HoopGurlz.com.
