If they really did get expelled (which I think unlikely), how desperate would the ACC look if they snatched them up?

Also I'd be very surprised if the Big10 schools gave the conference the ability to fire their coaches. Can't see them giving that much power to the conference. They'd also have to have NCAA type reporting and investigative ability. More paperwork for the schools, more administrative overhead for the conference.

It would make a real statement on how seriously they took abiding by the rules though.
