I agree with Will and sorry but this is not in the NCAA area, this is a criminal matter, not an ncaa matter. should a program be punished for one of the athletes raping a girl? Its a criminal matter. The actions of the PSU people were far more to protect the reputation of PSU in general not just the football team, it went all the way to the prez of the university.
