anyone else hear that?
mean? It's not enough to say it means going around talkin' about bass fishing and telling cornpone jokes with the right accent, and slapping backs like some good 'ole boy. Somebody has to get along with somebody else in ways that other person (and those in charge) feel are acceptable. It's a matter of 'making atmosphere.' When that person walks into a room, nobody is supposed to feel uncomfortable or get up tight.
But all that's too general. What are your views or guesses on the details? Who was being made uncomfortable? Who are these 'family members' whom SG made uncomfortable? And what was it about Seth that made this family uncomfortable, and how? Was it lack of respect? Toward whom, and in what way? Were there rumors of disagreements or discord? With whom over what? Were there mannerisms or personality quirks? What mannerisms or quirks? Was it being too pushy or aggressive in trying to shove his program or himself out front? But being too pushy or agressive in what way, and compared to whom or according to what standards? And/or etc., etc., etc. -- what are your views on the details behind that 'family' comment, whatever they are.
I know there are nothing but rumors or opinions to answer those questions, but there have been plenty of hints or suggestions along the lines of those kinds of questions. Putting aside my views, I was just curious about what people here thought were the details behind those hints and rumors after the Weaver 'family' comment.
