I would really like to hear Seth's side of the story, as biased as it might be. Sure, Seth has an abrasive personality and is demandng of his players and his assistants, but what caused the situation to get to the point where he was completely alienated in the athletic department? Did Seth burn out? Was he frustrated from working extremely hard and not getting the results that many VT fans expect? Is there a culture in the athletic department that Seth didn't buy into, so there was a mutual AD/Seth rejection? Was there a clash of the big egoes of Seth and Weaver?

If I'm a coach or an assistant considering a position at VT, I would want to know what happened - and I would want to hear more than Weaver's side of the story.
