That and the fact that everyone of them went down the road to a hefty pay raise and/or promotion with greater long term security. If Weaver didn't want to extend SG contract than he should have at least stepped up and paid all the assistants a greater salary to keep them around. SG may have worn out his welcome with the wrong people but Weaver is the one who botched his dismissal in many different ways.
