The lack of objectivity shown by some our fans regarding this situation embarasses me.

I'm assuming you are attributing the assistants leaving solely to SG's personality. However, I think the low pay also contributed to the situation.

Quick question. How long would you stay in your current position if you liked your boss, but you where offered significantly more money somewhwere else? Unless the situation was ideal most people would leave, especially if they worked in a transient type of carreer (like coaching).
