It is also a fact to my knowledge that not one newspaper or reputable media person has reported anything to collaborate the narrative that a few have painted. Which I find pretty remarkable in this over the top 24/7 sports media culture we live in.

A lot of us invested an almost unhealthy amount of time and energy rooting for this godforsaken basketball program over the last 9 years, and had really bought into the idea that Seth was - despite his gruff exterior - basically a goodfella (to extend the "family" metaphor). We thought that despite the mixed results that we were rooting for a program that we could be proud of. The athletic department ACTIVELY SOLD THIS FANTASY for 9+ years.

But we weren't rooting for a good guy apparently. If we're to believe what we're hearing the guy is half a sociopath. There's nothing simple about this. And seriously, man, with all respect...it's kind of crazy to see you here criticizing people for not just accepting the truth about Greenberg's personality when less than 5 months ago you would've been even more critical of anyone suggesting that Greenberg should be fired due to his personality.

This is a totally reasonable topic to still be discussing, and probably will be for awhile. The guy was our coach for over 9 years and got fired almost exclusively for being a jerk. It's really quite amazing.
