It means getting along with other coaches (other sports). Taking care of your coaches. Being seen as part of the Hokie Nation. Now I'm not saying SG was not those things, but those are the criteria JW was talking about. What killed SG was losing all his coaches and his relations with the VTA department people, IMHO...

But all that's too general. What are your views or guesses on the details? Who was being made uncomfortable? Who are these 'family members' whom SG made uncomfortable? And what was it about Seth that made this family uncomfortable, and how? Was it lack of respect? Toward whom, and in what way? Were there rumors of disagreements or discord? With whom over what? Were there mannerisms or personality quirks? What mannerisms or quirks?

I know there are nothing but rumors or opinions to answer those questions, but there have been plenty of hints or suggestions along the lines of those kinds of questions. I was just curious about what people here thought the details were behind what all those hints and rumors after the Weaver 'family' comment.
