Harrell never enrolled here but he would of had to sit out a year if he went to NC State....I'm confused why It's different for Johnson's case.

Anyways. On ESPN it has Melvin Johnson considering VT, USF, and Miami, probably not accurate. It also has VT considering 3 star spec Jerron Wilbut from Chicago. He's got 5 offers, only 2 of which in high major conferences.
