Or, perhaps they would rather save the scholarship for someone they like a lot better in the class of 2013?
I understand this, and I realize it's all very complicated, but I really believe at some point you have to make a move like this to be fair to your kids. In this case, Erick Green. As a coach, it's your job to put them in the best position to succeed and win games. It just seems unfair to act like a pro team and suffer through a few down years while you rebuild.
Anyway, I agree with you. But at the same time, part of me wants to say- let's get this guy and help give our guys at least a fighting chance this year. I'm not talking winning the ACC. I'm just talking about being competitive.
