Does everybody still see Penn St as the "ideal fit" for #16 in the ACC w/ ND?

It seems that a 15 team conference could work really well. Three 5 team pods. Play your pod mates every year and schedule all teams from pod B and pod C every two years to accomplish a home and away balance. Everyone plays 9 conference games. ND can still schedule 3 great OOC games because ACC football is so weak, TIC!

Basketball, play your pod mates 2x per year and all other teams once per year for a total of 18 conference games.

I agree with this. And if at any time a really amazing program comes available (Penn State, South Carolina, etc.) then you've got an open slot.
