Check out Maple Ridge. I'm not sure of their prices, but they are really close to Moog, and are generally nicer/quieter than the college apartments.

Note: I'm pretty sure Maple Ridge has apartments AND townhomes/houses for rent. If you want to stay away from the college crowd you probably want to stick with the townhomes.
