He has reacted well, learning as he goes, witness the last two rounds of expansion and TV deals. However, he's not very proactive, as the B1G with their network, PAC 12 with their attempt to get UT and other top tier B12 programs, and SEC with the Champions Bowl maneuver. I don't really well have a problem with him as commissioner; but I'd like to see more efforts to build on the conference's potential.
