Does anyone else experience this phenomenon? I call it "swoffording" -- the act of being unable to come to a conclusion regarding a topic, despite having plenty of data, history, and anecdotal evidence.
BC was a terrible addition. Success in the ACC aside, they are far from everywhere, and probably do little for the ACC's TV deal. I don't know if Miami mind-tricked the entire ACC into believing that BC, Syracuse, and Miami were the best choices, but it should never have come to that. Pitt, VT and Miami were the very obvious choices. Who (Swofford?) led the ACC members to believe that Miami had any leverage to dictate the membership? Who else was going to take Miami?
