So Presidents got together to talk about a tier 2 Bowl game? Yes the Rose, the Champions and the Orange are all tier two bowl games right behind the 4 team playoff. My guess is that they had a bit more to talk about then a tier 2 bowl game during the summer time...wouldn't you guess the same?
