Somebody would have to run the numbers. But you can't close the door based on an arbitrary factor like full membership. Notre Dame would likely be a top 5 ACC draw in basketball and would increase attendance (presumably behind UNC, Duke, Cuse, and some other hot ACC team of the week). Every Notre Dame ACC game would also be guaranteed to be televised too. Committing to six ACC games football per year would increase game revenues. There are so many factors that indicate adding Notre Dame would be a benefit, and on the negative side all I hear is that the ACC doesn't want partial members. I just don't get it.
