They're all undefeated and they all won their conference. Incidentally, if Texas has 1 loss, they're only going to have 11 wins. The Big XII has no championship game.
In a season where there are exactly 4 undefeated teams and they all have 13 wins, it's a no-brainer... almost (see hypothetical below). A selection committee of monkeys could make this call. The one below... a little more complicated... there are 4 undefeated teams with 13 wins, all of whom won their conference, but one of em is the CUSA champ who barely cracked the top 10 in the AP rankings and has ZERO quality wins.
