BE FB tv plan is worth next to nothing. There isn't a prime time Saturday game on their slate. Heck, not sure there is even an ESPN (not 2, not U) game on their entire schedule. While NBC is stuck tying their FB hopes on ND+BE, I would be shocked if the BE FB tv deal clears about $80-90mil/yr - there just isn't anything that people will watch imo.

Notre Dame cherishes their football independence and their Olympic sports will continue to do well nationally while they are in the Big East. I also believe that NBC/Comcast will give Notre Dame a very generous contract extension since they want to be a major player in college sports media, mainly football and men's basketball. I wouldn't be surprised if the Big East parts ways with ESPN and ends up signing a better television deal with NBC/Comcast.
