Boise IMHO is just trying to position themselves to get to a Big Conference...just like so many others who used to be in the Big East.

I agree. There are at least 5 schools trying to get out of the Big East: Boise State (just joined but ready to leave), Cincinnati, UConn, Louisville, and Rutgers.
