Seth could get away with his in-your-face personality and management/coaching style when he's winning. When things started going south with the close losses and the bad losses, his schtick wears thin. The timing of his firing sucked, but it was time for him to go, time for a new approach and a new direction for the program. He did accomplish a lot during his tenure, and that's not to be dismissed or ignored. I appreciate all the hard work he poured into the program. But I believe that it was time for a change. I like JJ and I really like his staff, we'll see what happens. I'll be at the games like always, supporting the team and enjoying college basketball, win or lose.
