Seth lost the team and his staff last year with his "until the morale improves, the beatings will continue" management style. Then he basically gave the leadership the finger.

Johnson was brought in to clean up the mess. He appears to have hired a good staff and has already brought in a decent transfer. If you believe the message boards, the staff and players are happy. People look forward to coming to work.

I disagree with that statement. One of the main reasons Coach Johnson was brought in was to keep guys here. He was only able to keep one of three so he basically lost 20% of the team. Is it all his fault? No, but to say it's "pretty good" that you only lost two players is not something I really want to hear. There's nothing positive to be had when you lose 20% of your team. I assume we're going to have to have 3-4 walk-ons just so we can practice effectively. Otherwise, expect even less this season than you may have previously thought.
