I think that the last year, even when at his healthiest, he was not enthusiastic about playing hoops for VT. I think earlier in his career, he didn't put in the necessary work to rebound from injury, that he either thought his talent would carry him, or he just didn't realize the dedication necessary. His summer after injury, he didn't do much at all to rehab.

I've no gripe against him, I just think he didn't match his own or our expectations.
