For all you NOVA (sucks) folks, I went to this Saturday Night and it was absolutely awesome. They have two cooking areas, one for participation and the other demonstration. My neighbor retired and works there a bit part time and bought me the gift for my birthday.

We did the Smokers table which was demonstration and the food was fantastic.
Menu as follows:
1) Sugar Snap Pea in a sauce with wine, butter, and various spices (no smoke, but Chef Pete said he had some left over)
2) Smoke Portabella Mushroom (then baked off) with a quail sausage topped with a mushroom sauce
3) Smoked Duck Breast then seared and baked to a nice medium rare served over a smoked then grilled vadalia onion. The duck breast was topped with a mushroom cream sauce. On the side a herbed scalloped potato that was rich, but not over whelming
4) Smoked pineapple ice cream. He smoked the pineapple and then added it to vanilla ice cream and served it over a pineapple slice that he topped with sugar and then used a cooking torch to carmalize the sugar. Some bites had little to no smoke and then you would get a piece that would just explode with flavor.

Wine served throughout and the total cost is $80. As he is cooking he goes through processes and discussed various aspects of the food. Just a really good time and I will be going back to do not only participation, but also demonstration. Do yourself a favor and go.
