If you remember, the big least had the revenue sharing plan you list for football. That was the main reason Miami had to get out. They did fine when they won the conference, but their athletics program ran in the red when they did not and it did not allow them to budget properly. Everyone needs a steady, predictable amount coming in to be able to budget properly.

Every ACC member would receive a base revenue annually and an extra share of the pie at the end of the football season depending where you finish. Number 1 gets more money than number 2 and so on. It would motivate members to perform better on the field in order for their schools to get extra money. The same could be done for men's basketball which could possibly motivate Tech to invest more into the men's basketball program. Just a question, I seriously doubt it would ever be approved by a majority of the ACC members. Plus it would probably cause corruption as schools will be pressured to win more games. This system would doom Miami and UNC football programs forever.LOL
