How is it possible to play everyone more often with 16 tms than 14? I have 9 conference games that means I get my div (7gms) and then 2 cross div... that's 4 years to see a team and 8 to have a cycle. My crap model has everyone played home and home with a whopping 6 years (same as we currently have with 12 teams and 8gm conf schedule).
And no, you don't get to worry about uneven seasons. If schools can't budget for 5 home games one season and 4 the next, there is something wrong with their accounting (ie set up a rainy day fund).
