Yup, he’s joining ESPN full-time, and an announcement is expected this summer. Greenberg, who made for compelling TV every year Virginia Tech was snubbed from the NCAA tournament, will be a college basketball analyst. A source said that ESPN has added Greenberg with an eye on replacing Digger Phelps (who turns 71 on July 4) on Gameday in the coming years. That is assuming Greenberg doesn’t return to coaching."

Best of luck to Seth. He is a natural on TV, and provides great analysis and breakdown of the games. Perhaps the door closing at VT will lead to an enjoyable tenure at ESPN. That link confirms what many have expected for some time. I imagine that once he settles in at ESPN, he'll realize that is a better gig than coaching.
