Ratings and attendance are down & there are more games after Jan 1, the semi-finals and finals would be played after Jan. 1st in my scenario and they would go up because the significance would go up. Also, I am not saying it will happen this go round, but it should happen IMHO.

The argument about missing class is hypocritical when you look at what every other NCAA sport does during the regular season and playoffs etc....they all miss class and play games/matches on the days when they are suppose to be in class.
